Before Bobby became a famous television chef, he was busy building his reputation in the culinary world. The same year Bobby was named the executive chef at Mesa Grill, he got married for the first time.
Only a few weeks after Bobby met the award-winning chef Debra Ponzek, he popped the question in 1990. The following year, Bobby and Debra were wed in front of roughly 225 guests. Unfortunately, Bobby and Debra got divorced in 1993.
In 1995, Debra got married again to a man named Greg Addonizio. In an interesting coincidence, Bobby also got married in 1995 to a Food Network cohost named Kate Connelly. After meeting when Bobby was guesting on her show, Flay became the stepfather to Kate's son Jonathan.
During Bobby and Kate's marriage, the couple welcomed their daughter Sophie into the world in 1996. The same year Sophie turned two, Bobby and Kate's marriage ended in 1998.
In the year 2000, Bobby met the actor Stephanie March who was starring on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit at the time. This time around, Bobby definitely didn't rush into marriage as he got engaged to Stephanie in 2003 and waited until 2005 to marry her.

After Bobby Flay's most recent divorce, he reportedly dated the actor Heléne Yorke for three years until they split in early 2019. After that, mutual friends introduced Bobby to a woman named Christina Pérez and the pair reportedly hit it off instantly.
As anyone who has gone through a breakup will already know, that almost always is a very painful process. Keeping that in mind, it is easy to imagine how much worse that could be if you had to go through a breakup in public.
After Bobby had to deal with the media reporting on his past failed romances, it makes sense he didn't want to talk about his new relationship in public at first. In late 2021, all of that changed when Bobby and Pérez appeared in public together for the first time.
